In order to read a visual tag with your mobile phone you have to download and install an open technology reader application . The reader should be able to read QR Codes with open formats.
If you are lucky enough to have a Nokia N93, N93i, N95 or E90, you will find the Nokia reader preinstalled on your device. You can also install the Nokia official reader onto Nokia N80.
The good news are that Nokia will include his preinstalled reader in all his new multimedia models from now, and soon more handset manufacturers will follow Nokia including his own preinstalled readers in all his new models.
